More than 40 Jumbos Stampede the Seattle Zoo

On Saturday, August 21, Tufts Alumni Seattle hosted more than 40 alumni, current students, incoming freshmen and their families for an afternoon at the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle. The attendees enjoyed beautiful weather as they picnicked and welcomed 10 incoming freshmen into the Tufts community. Memories and advice were shared with the new Jumbos, an elephant cake was enjoyed by all, and of course the day wasn't complete without a stop by the elephant barn to pay homage to Tufts' own pachyderm!
