Tufts Alumni Atlanta Visits Zoo Atlanta

On Saturday, July 17, nearly fifty alumni and friends gathered for a very special day at Zoo Atlanta. Organized by the Tufts Alumni Atlanta, the event was hosted by Dr. Tara Stoinski, J91, Manager of Conservation Partnerships at Zoo Atlanta, and world famous expert in primates. Tara led a private tour, sharing unique stories about the animals and their histories, and even fed the gorillas right in front of the group. Best of all, the attendees were all given special access so that a photo could be taken with one of Zoo Atlanta’s elephants! This truly unique day was enjoyed by all.
