Are you aware that your own mind is the most powerful tool available for solving life challenges and developing new choices in all areas of your life?
This positive and motivating seminar will offer practical approaches to stress management, using such powerful tools as cognitive psychology, neuro-linguistic programming and hypnosis. You will practice some of these techniques and learn how to call on the abilities of your own wise inner mind to help you meet challenges and bring renewed energy to your work or your job search.
Kathryn McGlynn, a motivational coach and consultant, will help you discover:
- techniques to build resilience and confidence
- a sure fire procrastination neutralizer
- four “stress buster” remedies that work at home and at work
